My Order

Simply choose your product from the drop down menu on the product page then click the “Add To Cart!” button, and then follow the simple steps to complete your order.  We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

Just enter your order information on the Track Order page to track your order status.

When you place an order, you have 12 hours to contact our Support Team here if you need to request a cancellation or modification.

Once 12 hours has passed,we are unable to cancel or modify your order because it is being processed for delivery.

To cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of order placement and include all the details of your order: order number, style, size and color. 

To modify an order, please include all the details of your order: order number, style, size and color. Then, specify the item you would like to change in your email. We will do our best to help you.

Shipping & delivery info

Every single item on the Dan Lok Shop is custom made to order just for you. Orders will enter production around 24-48hrs. You will see an estimated delivery time when it has been shipped and a tracking number sent to you. 


Please note:Some of the items in our catalog are so popular that the shipping time may take longer than the estimates below. Please refer to your tracking number for specifics for your order.

US Shipping Time Estimates

A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email a few days after your order has been placed. If you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames below, please contact our Support Team here and we’ll be happy to assist!

Please note: 

It may take up to 24 hours for your package to show up in the tracking system. For International orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there is no further tracking.

If your item has not arrived within 30 days after being ordered for apparel products and 45 days for pillow covers, shoes and saddle bags, please contact our Support Team here. We will do our best to help you.

Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method. Then, shipping costs will be calculated and added on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another, and it is the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

Return and Refund

For any changes, please contact our  Support Team here asap.  As every product on our store is printed to order, we can’t exchange your product if it has been shipped or placed more than 12 hours ago. However, your satisfaction is our priority and we will do our best to find a solution.

If you are not in love with your product, we’ll take it back. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will reprint any flawed apparel, free of charge. Please contact our Support Team here.   Please include information such as your order number, date of receipt, photos of your item and any issues with your order. 

We will offer a free replacement order. Please contact our Support Team here for assistance.  Please include all information such as order number and date of receipt.
