hope this change to be personal training not past recording

although the content is meaningful, the addressing of the talk was to others where this is part of past training to other group and been recorded. i felt it is not directing to me and not addressing my needs of particular advises as a person, but sold a past recording of other people seminar. Dan didn't even put an effort to record this to the persons directly, but took it from past lectures. it is not delivering the message to the person listening. second the content is very general and it sound like there is a background information which is missing from this training but assumed known, where it make it not clear and not getting the message.

Applicable actions that make your habits sticks

I have been struggling to form certain habits like reading books for 30 minutes every day instead of playing mobile games, watching/learning during lunch instead of watching Netflix etc.

What I like the most about this program is the way to change that one question you ask yourself daily, and how much of an impact it can bring to your life, to achieve your goals. You may think it's simple and yes I agree. In fact all 7 habits are very simple ones, and yet people don't follow. Because normal people have a tendency to make things complicated.
