I am in awe for this course from the start to the end of it. Very clearly explained on when to use each strategy, with do's and dont's putting the focus on using first contact call to qualify the lead and not as a cold call. Loved the roles plays for each of the strategy, setting the agenda and the tonality of the voice examples. Simple steps, key words. Really awesome course!
