20mins into the first video I had an emotional breakthrough...
The reason I'm not earning the income I want...
It has to do with my personal relationship with money.
Here's my testimonial of my bad relationship with money... Hunger isn't enough!
I use to work deliveries for Best Buy, but after listening to Napoleon Hll Think & Grow Rich I couldn't keep doing deliveries...
I felt stuck.
Frustrated without a way out I decided to put my faith in building credit...
I saved $5k and then took out a $10k loan to buy a Jeep worth $4k... Yeah, I was desperate... And I needed a new car.
At the time I only knew Dan Lok through his Bruce Lee videos and couldn't image having High-Income Skills because...
My mischievies activity from my youth had left a stain...
Worst, I had learned to program trying to be wealth. I was invited to Foobar (Google's top secret hiring process) but after the initial test they required the applicate be able to obtain a Top Secret Cleance...
You need a spotless criminal record.
So, deliveries.
So, Uber had just dropped in town and I picked up the side-hustle.
Within 3 months I had paid off my entire loan, just working the weekends I had off.
I remember coming home to drop $2k on the table from tips, and my mother asking if I was selling drugs... LOL!
I said, "No, and I have a triple chocolate cake I got as a tip in the jeep..." LOL!
It was easy money, working 3hrs per night
Eventually compition increased and the value per ride died down.
So I stopped.
My frustration kicked in again and again I needed an outlet....
And it F* came around. My stain become more of a dull mark.
A relief but still not enough for a Top Secret Clearnce...
I ended up working retail jobs with high turn over rates until I landed my first sales job.
I was working for a telemarketing company.
I was eager and hunger.
The biggest payout came from collecting immediate payments. At the time many struggled with this.
I didn't. I didn't know why.
I eventually got pushed out of that program for taking too many sales... Whatever!
I jumped on a new program the company had just acquired.
And become the first to grab a sale... And eventually, competiting in the top five out of 500.
Still wasn't a lot of money. More then working deliveries and a lot more free time.
But then I got pushed out.. Again.
I found a job on indeed. Selling cell phones, post paid: Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T.
I was scared and hunger.
And before training even started I had exceeded the store's quota.
I didn't know it was another one of those jobs with high turn over rate and low success...
I just wanted to the money...
Things got crazy. I was competiting with other stores and regulations where changing... I needed new ways to sell.
So I jumped on YouTube and see what else I could learn from Dan Lok. Even though Jordan Belfort was the talk...
6 months in... I looked at my check and I had hit a new record in my life.
I was doubling my base pay with my commission...
After my deductions and insurance I was earning about $4800.00.
And during the companies slow months... I had climbbed to the top.
And yes, I got pushed out of that job too...
I was pushing the boss out...
My churn rate was low. Very low.
And after that my cash flow didn't increase. It started to take a hit...
Since I'm a loner and didn't make friends, I thought it was the supervisors who didn't like money.
IT WAS THEM! THEY DON'T LIKE MONEY!
.... .... ... ... Not after today. Not after watching this video. I know for a fact it's me that didn't want money.
I never even tried to keep my jobs. I just took the money and left.
I didn't even think of how I was going to continue earning the same cash flow month after month... I just left.
I've been treating money like an easy catch instead of the hottie I had to put in work for a date...
I've been treating money like a slot machine instead of a video game you take home and enjoy all day.
I've been treating money like fast food instead of fine dinning.
I haven't been valuing my relationship with money...
But after today...
I will never treat money like a cheap taco john's taco.
From now on money is a delicious whole-half, boneless, sweet-bbq,Thai chicken I'd grab after a hard workout.
From now on money is a person to be respected and appricated.
From now on money is my best friend. And I would capture a leprechaun for my best friend.
