The reason I love this journal so much is that the quote "Progress over perfection" resonates so much with me. It's a constant reminder to focus on progress and not lose momentum.
I keep the journal on my desk, or where I can see it every day to remind myself to focus on progress. I don't write in it every day, but when I do, I feel good writing in this journal.

Notebook is small and convenient to carry. Plenty of paper to write notes! Has a nice message on the face to remind you to put yourself into action. Great tool!
I got this notebook mainly to remind myself to take more action and spend less time thinking, writing, reading, and organizing. Anyway, it's a nice little notebook you can take with you on your travels.

Don Lok always impresses. He's clear in his teaching, and he always has an angle no one else has. His methods are simple. His lessons are short so you don't have to worry if you are time challenged. I've also taken part in one of his challenges and enjoyed the process very much.
